Sales & Service Administrator (Hybrid)
Position Overview
The Sales & Service Administrator will be responsible for processing orders, managing data entry, following up on service calls, and providing general administrative support. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer, order, and service records in company databases.
- Service Call Follow-Up: Track service requests, communicate with manufacturers and service agents, and ensure issues are resolved.
- Customer Support: Assist with inquiries related to orders, service calls, and general administrative matters.
- Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized digital records and support the team with administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and operations teams to streamline processes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in order processing, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team in a hybrid environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
