One Source Reps is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The Sales Specialist is responsible for hunting new business opportunities while expanding business with existing customers and maintaining superior customer service. The Sales Specialist will provide solutions to a wide variety of food service market segments including end users like restaurants, educational facilities, and healthcare. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to grow sales within our territory using a growth mindset. Frequent territory travel and customer visits are the key to success in this position. This is an excellent opportunity to join the premier manufacturers rep group in MAFSI Region 4 and represent the industries most trusted and innovative equipment manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Drive new sales opportunities through direct end user engagement
Represent One Source Reps manufacturer brands in the MAFSI Region 4 territory.
Engage directly with end users in the field and help them solve operational or equipment related pain points
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as a problem solver who excels at resolving customer pain points and specifying the best equipment solution.
Work collaboratively with the One Source Team to grow sales and profitability
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of all One Source product lines
Expert in specifications and applications of all One Source equipment lines.
Qualifications
Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
Food service equipment industry sales experience preferred
Cold calling experience preferred
Must have customer-facing skills with a hunter’s mentality
Must be able to master our equipment lines and use that knowledge to provide equipment solutions to customers
Food service industry operational experience preferred, i.e. chef, server, bartender, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
